One Whole Year!!!!

So as usual I am running a little late..

but better late then never I suppose!

November 10th was our One Year Anniversary:)!!! It is absolutely crazy that we've been married for a whole entire year, it seems like it was just yesterday, but at the same time it feels like we've been married forever!
As usual I make sorta/kinda plans and Jaden being the un-plan type of guy he is decides we better just do anything & everything! So off we go!
Friday he wanted to hit the impra rodeo finals, so we did! We were a little early so decided to go shop around scheels since he hadn't been in there since it opened, and oddly enough we ran into Courtney & Colton, so that was fun to visit with them:)! Then at the rodeo we knew a few people competeing and so we got to watch them and it was fun to see people we knew!! Then since this was part of the un-planned events we had to go find a hotel at 11:30 pm haha Luckily we picked the right one the first time & had a room pretty quick! Saturday we woke up and didn't have too many plans that day either, other then the hockey game which didn't start til 7pm. But we went car looking, gun shopping, dave&deb searching, and a little bit of whatever else was un-planned that Jaden wanted to try haha. Jaden also had told me at Scheels the night before that my anniversary present was going to be a gun:):):):)!!! I was soooo excited:)! So we went to Cabelas during our saturday trip around town and found the lucky one! However, since we've moved I haven't changed the address on my drivers license..soooo...no gun for me that day:( The nice man at the register did help us out alot though and all we had to do was get online, switch it over, and go pick it up the next day! Anyway..so off we went to the Hockey game! Which, may just be our new favorite sport! It was soooo fun and intense and between all the fights we actually saw a little bit of hockey;) lol. Seriously though we are considering Grizzlies season tickets, if you've never been to a game, you must go ASAP!!! We could share our season tickets with ya if you'd like;)! So then after that we had our first stay at the anniversary inn! I was really excited about it, but sadly it was somewhat of a disappointment.. The room was nice, and we got good breakfast and free cheescake, but we got there late & left quite early so maybe we didn't quite take advantage of it all.. Anyway?! Idk if there will be a trip #2, we'll have to see! But Sunday morning we hit "Music and the Spoken Word"
which is another amazing performance if you haven't seen you should definitely consider it! And we had just watched it on tv & talked about how cool the orchestra was and then guess what? The orchestra was there that day!! and the Bells did a piece too which was really really cool! We enjoyed it:) And then we had to sin and go shopping on Sunday, but I got my gun!!! I was ecstatic, still am:) and we got home & went and shot her right then:)!! I couldnt wait any longer to get out and shoot! She rode next to me all the way home:) I LOVE IT!!! Oh..and I outshot Jaden too;)!! (yes I say her..she isn't named yet..but she's my pride&joy!!!) Thanks Jaden:) I Love You! Happy First Anniversary:)!

Welp! Jaden's finding out what he really signed up for;)!

Well those "farmer families" out there will know what I mean when I say Fall & Spring is cow season...nothing else!! Not that summer & winter aren't busy as well..but fall & spring are more then busy..they are jam packed!! 

If jaden didn't know what he was signing up for when he married me..he is finding out quickly! Good thing he is amazing and loves it as much as I do:)!! (at least most the time!) Just had to get a few pics posted about what we've been up to lately...cows, cows, & cows!!

I love being so blessed to have the farm and everything it has taught me in my life!! Me and Jaden love spending time together out there and even though it keeps us pretty busy and sometimes we have tons&tons to do..I think he has accepted the fact that this is life lol 

& don't let him fool you, he can't wait for the day he gets to be full time rancher & have one of our own little farm families too;) I love the life we live:)!!

Colorado Vacation:)!!

So summer went by way too fast!! We didn't have time to fit in everything we would have liked, but two weeks before school started we took a weekend trip to Colorado:)

Jaden has been out there on work, and so I met him there and off we went! It was kind of a birthday trip slash end of the summer vaca slash get out of town before nursing consumed my life type of trip!! Anyways.. Here's how it went:)

(turns out though...he isn't even buried right there...just somewhere in the cemetary?!)

and to my suprise he went swimming with me:) we went to the Glenwood Hot Springs! ya have to look them up online because it is one HUGE hot spring!!

This was my parents favorite part of the colorado vacation we took with our family a long, long time ago! So when we saw there was a train we knew we totally had to do it! It was so much fun and way relaxing:) The first part we rode on an open but covered cart, and then we traded to the very last cart on the train that was totally open like the yellow one in the picture, it was a blast! (& perfect weather)!

one night we kinda.sorta.maybe.mighthave gotten lost?! oops! So we ended up having date night at the bowling alley right down the street from our hotel:) We had fun & I beat him both games we played;)! (don't tell him I told you!)

...and of course we planned the whole trip around getting to the temple in Centennial, which is by Denver! It was beautiful!! It was also packed, we got there at 10:00ish thinking we could get into the 10:30 session, but that one was full! The 11:00 session was spanish speaking, so that didn't work either! So we ended up in the 11:30 session which was quite the wait! I waited in a room with lots of sisters who had traveled from extremely far away, even a few from utah! (I may or may not have eavsdropped on their conversations a little, but it was a small room and they weren't whispering, so what can i say!) Jaden, the lucky bugger, got asked to go do Initiatories which he absolutely loved:) He hadn't ever done those before so he was super excited! Anyways...It was a beautiful day and we decided that if we ever take a trip anywhere close to a temple we will definitely be setting aside time to go! It is such a special place:)

Well, theres the vaca! School is now started and life is hectic to say the least, but we're holding up! My house is a mess more days then its not, and my sleeping schedule is so outta wack, but it will all be worth it in the end:) I know that we are so blessed to have what we have and be able to do the things we are doing right here, right now. This is where we are meant to be! I love the church & the gospel and we would be so lost without it!

Well it is now...JULY!!! WHAT???

Well last time I posted here it was December...and all of a sudden it's JULY!!! ALMOST AUGUST!!! What in the world?!?! 

Time sure does fly when your havin fun:)

...and that's exactly what we have been doing!! So last time I posted I got engagements up...now I have wedding and honeymoon:)!! Hopefully soon I can get caught up and start on what really happens in our lives at the moment...not a year in the past! lol

Slowly But Surely.. I'm Catching Up!!

So it is now December and there has been so much happen... First of all, I AM A MARRIED WOMAN!!! I absolutely love married life and the holidays have been so much fun this year, getting to celebrate with my wonderful husband and his family, having our own house and tree to decorate, and surprising him with those little notes or cookies or rolo/pretzels (he loves those!) lol I just love every second of it!!! Well I have been slacking on my blogging but hopefully I can get everyone caught back up to speed:) This morning I just wanted to post some engagement pictures that we did and soon and I will get up a few of our wedding!!! Such a magical day:) actually week...but more about that later:)! PS...a huge thanks to courtney anne sitterud for taking all of our engagement pictures:)! They turned out fantastically:):) (and you guessed it, they are about the only pictures we have hanging in our house, lol)

We're Engaged!!!

Well I am a little late getting to the blogging, BUT...We are ENGAGED!!!

It all began one perfect September night, September 3rd to be exact:) We had planned to go on a scout ride and I was sooooo excited! That was only our second ride, and in case you don't know already I absolutely love the scout! It has no doors on it right now, and going up the mountains is so relaxing, ah i love it:) Well he took me up Gentry, which sadly I have lived here my whole life and never been there before, but its his favorite and so thats where we went! I had no idea what was coming because I was just excited to be out in the scout! So we drove clear to the drop and when we finally stopped there was a beautiful view! You could see everything, forever...It was soooo pretty!! It was a little chilly but not freezing, but when I gave Jaden a hug his heart was pounding out of his chest!!! I thought maybe he was cold so I squeezed him tighter and he pulled away and got down on one knee...I was in shock!!! He asked, I said yes, and then we cried & laughed & screamed & hugged & kissed & cried some more! It was the best night of my life til this point and I can't wait for the "best day of my life" to come! November 10th I will become Mrs. Bagley and I am soooo excited, I can't wait!!!!

So it was dark by the time we got around to actually taking a picture, so we had to improvise with the headlights...hence the reason the pictures are blurry! 

So obviously this picture doesn't do the ring justice, but the huge smiles on our faces...yep, those were there all night:)! lol 

Well all the planning is going well and I cannot wait for the next chapter of our lives to begin!! We have the temples scheduled, reception planning underway, and also I said yes to the dress!! I'll keep you posted!
